System function setting module

Customize the management rules of the entire system, including the function of defining administrators and their operation passwords;

Basic data maintenance module

Generate a unique basic barcode serial number label for each batch of products. Users can define the serial number according to their own needs. Each model of product has a fixed coding rule. The product can be added, deleted, and edited in the database;

Procurement Management Module

(1) Purchase order: When you need to purchase, you can fill in the purchase order, which does not affect the inventory at this time;

(2) Purchase receipt: When the purchase order is approved and the goods arrive after the purchase is completed, the barcode serial number label is first posted on the goods, and then the barcode is scanned on the purchase receipt. After saving, the inventory is automatically increased.

(3) Other warehousing: including return of lent goods, return, etc. only need to fill in the purchase receipt;

Warehouse Management Module

(1) Product warehousing: purchase warehousing or other warehousing, automatically generate the warehousing order number, the goods and selection are convenient and quick, and can distinguish different warehousing methods such as normal warehousing and returned goods warehousing.

(2) Product delivery: For sales delivery or other delivery, the delivery order number can be automatically generated, and different delivery methods such as normal delivery and gift delivery can be distinguished;

(3) Inventory management: manual management is not required. When entering and leaving the warehouse, the system automatically generates the inventory quantity of each type of product, which is convenient for query;

(4) Special product library: When customers need to differentiate products, a virtual warehouse can be established to manage the products that need to be differentiated, and each function is the same as the normal product library.

(5) Allocation management: According to the need to allocate between different warehouses, the allocation order number can be automatically generated to support the arbitrary allocation of goods in different warehouses.

(6) Inventory management: Users can inventory the warehouse at any time and automatically generate inventory receipts, making inventory work convenient and quick.

(7) Inventory upper limit alarm: When the inventory quantity does not meet a certain amount, the system alarms.

Sales Management Module

Sales order: When the sales are out of the warehouse, first fill in the sales out-of-warehousing list, which does not affect the inventory at this time;

Sales order: When the sales are out of the warehouse, scan the serial number of the sold out-of-warehouse product to the out-of-warehouse list. After saving, the inventory report automatically reduces this type of product.

Report generation module

The automatic generation function of month-end, quarter-end and year-end sales reports, purchase reports and inventory reports, users can customize the reports that need statistics;

Query function

Purchase order query, sales order query, single product query, inventory query, etc. (user defined).

Inquiries are based on certain conditions: barcode serial number, out-of-warehouse date, out-of-warehouse customer, etc.
