After starting the equipment, after scanning the documents (picking list, order or warehousing order), the equipment automatically obtains the order data from the system (such as WMS or ERP). Manually put the material tray into the loading area in turn. The material tray is transported to the code reading station through the conveyor belt. After the equipment reads the data, the material is transported to the labeling review area. The system automatically pastes the generated customer label to the material according to the code reading results, and then transports the material to the sorting area in turn. Then, the material is unloaded, and then the box label is carried out manually. The outlet end of the equipment reserves a channel for docking with the packing equipment and docking with the IO control point to realize the docking with the loading and unloading and sorting lines.
